The following are the aims and the objective of the project:
Short Term: – To reduce malnutrition in the project communities especially among women and children within 2 years period.
Long Term:
I. To sustain moringa cultivation, processing and consumption as self-renewable food source in the project communities
II. To stabilize the cultivation of moringa as a cash crop to generate income leading to poverty reduction in the project communities
Project Objectives
a. To create the awareness of moringa, its uses and nutrition benefits
b. To reeducate farmers on moringa cultivation and processing
c. To research into foreign market for moringa
