First of all, let’s compare the nutrient in Moringa to other food

Moringa nutrient (per 1 gram)
- Vitamin C: 7 times as much as Orange
- Vitamin A: 4 times as much as carrots
- Vitamin B: 4 times as much as pork
- Vitamin E: 4 times as much as black sesame
- Calcium: 4 times as much as milk
- Protein: 2 times as much as yogurt
- Potassium: 3 times as much as bananas
- Zinc: Twice as much as oysters
- Gamma-amino butyric acid: More than 30 times as much as sprouted brown rice
- Polyphone: More than 80 times as much as red wine, 11 times as much as cacao
- It contains abundant essential amino acids and well-balanced nutrients such as isoleucine, leucinie, valine and others

You can’t simply find another plant with as many vitamins and minerals.
Again, I want to emphasize that you can’t find another plant with as many vitamins and mineral
